The cake is so moist and all the different flavors and toppings available are oh so yummy! And, the staff is so sweet. And, I hear news of doughnuts have been added to the menu! My mind is blown thinking about how delicious those will be! ?”

Last week, I asked if they ever made mint chocolate chip oat milk ice cream bc it’s my favorite and I’d never been there when they’ve had it. “We had an absolutely phenomenal experience last night at Rolling Monkey! We walked in about an hour before closing and it was PACKED. Initially I thought we maybe should forego the wait, but pretty quickly I was sucked into the energy and atmosphere of the place. It was so much fun watching all the employees have thoughtful, engaging conversations with the customers as they worked to create their desserts, then put a personal twist on their creation. No one seemed tired, unhappy to be there, or rushed in any way. They each took their time to make customers feel seen and appreciated for being there. I was lucky enough to speak with the owner at the end, who helped with toppings. It was evident that she truly cared about her business and that the enthusiasm and happiness in the place was very genuine. I highly recommend Rolling Monkey for a special treat. It's not just ice cream, it's an experience from start to finish!”
