Not sure what the issue was, showed up to pick up a pizza and cheese bread 30 mins after ordering, and still waited 45 minutes for it to be ready. Not sure if management or owners don't care that they have only one working oven or if that's the norm. Appeared to have at least 3 people training, if that's the case what a way to screw over your employees. Steer clear from this train wreck.

Made an order yesterday with one pizza and a soda the whole order was 30+ min late. There was no heavy traffic out. I watched on the driver come to my side of town on my street where they were less than a min away then turn around before dripping my pizza off to drive 10 min across town then come back to my house. My pizza was cold by the time it was dropped off. The store would never answer the phone nor call me back. After my pizza was delivered I called the dominos again and where someone finally answered but put my on hold immediately. BAD BUSINESS!

I waited an hour for my tracker to go from prep to bake before I went inside the store and was told they had not begun to start making my food. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and 20 minutes before my food was ready. They said they could cancel my order if I didn’t want wait. Meanwhile the staff were laughing and yelling and standing around eating pizza in the kitchen. I can understand being busy on a Friday night and the wait time being long. However, I was more frustrated with the fact that they were too busy to even start my food but not too busy to eat over other peoples food.

They are so stingy and will give you bare minimum for the pasta. Do not waste your time. My pasta was for the size of a child, you should an ashamed Dominos. Will not patronize again.

Placed an online order and when I arrived at the store to pay in cash they would not take my money. I was advised that the largest bill they would take was a $20 bill. I had larger bills than that and they would not accept them. Their solution was to just cancel my order and told me to come back when I could pay for it. I took my business to a competitor and will continue to do so.
$30 bucks for a half cooked pizza . The dough was half baked and toppings were concentrated to one side of the pizza. Domino's Statesboro don't have to worry about me ever ordering another pizza . After putting in a 12 hour work day didn't have the energy to drive up there to raise cane....CAN I GIVE ZERO

I placed an order for a small pizza and they took over 2 hours to deliver it. When it finally got here it was cold. While trying to call them about the food not being delivered they left me on hold for 20 minutes.

Took an hour and half to receive wrong and cold food. Ordered both pizzas with pepperoni and bacon. Cold and Had no bacon on either of them. Philly tater tots that’s supposed to have peppers and onions and steak. Had maybe 2 quarter sized pieces of meat and cold. Lava cakes the picture describes them. They have sat so long the oil was all over the box and they were cold.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza at 6:40, nobody answered the phone so I went to the store at 8:26 to be told Cierra my delivery driver went home. So I guess maybe she needed the pizza more…Ended up getting a refund by driving to the store. Absolutely insane!!!!
