Made an order yesterday with one pizza and a soda the whole order was 30+ min late. There was no heavy traffic out. I watched on the driver come to my side of town on my street where they were less than a min away then turn around before dripping my pizza off to drive 10 min across town then come back to my house. I waited an hour for my tracker to go from prep to bake before I went inside the store and was told they had not begun to start making my food. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and 20 minutes before my food was ready. They said they could cancel my order if I didn’t want wait. Meanwhile the staff were laughing and yelling and standing around eating pizza in the kitchen. I can understand being busy on a Friday night and the wait time being long. Not sure what the issue was, showed up to pick up a pizza and cheese bread 30 mins after ordering, and still waited 45 minutes for it to be ready. Not sure if management or owners don't care that they have only one working oven or if that's the norm. Appeared to have at least 3 people training, if that's the case what a way to screw over your employees. Steer clear from this train wreck.
