I cannot believe how one of the employees spoke to me after I attempted to inquire about our drink order. I simply asked if our order was lost because people who ordered after us got their drinks first. At which point he found it appropriate to loudly reprimand me and tell me “don’t go there because you don’t know what goes on back here.” I understand that different people work on hot and cold drinks, I’m not dense.
