No matter how much you specify your order, they get it wrong it’s a hit or miss with Starbucks in general! We order the same drinks the same way EVERYTIME at every Starbucks sometimes they get it but almost always this location screws it up.

Always a pleasure going into Starbucks but sometimes when they get in a rush, the drink is shortchanged. I'm paying for a full cup but have received a half of cup and a lot of whip cream even though I ask for light whip. Other than that, I'm good overall.

Every time I come through the drive through the service is terrible. Hope the new Starbucks in town hires people who cares to simply be nice. People working the drive through never tell me my total. Stop having rude workers work the drive through!!

I cannot believe how one of the employees spoke to me after I attempted to inquire about our drink order. I simply asked if our order was lost because people who ordered after us got their drinks first. At which point he found it appropriate to loudly reprimand me and tell me “don’t go there because you don’t know what goes on back here.” I understand that different people work on hot and cold drinks, I’m not dense. However, I saw iced drinks ordered in store after us go out before our iced drinks. Anyways, the almost 30 min wait is one thing, but the complete lack of respect is a completely different ballgame.

IDK who they got working in there but they are top tier i mobile ordered my drink 4 minutes before i arrived it was already ready waiting on me. That has never happened at starbucks they also was super busy. I appreciate it so much keep up the great work
