First time I had a Latte order Brown Sugar, could not even taste the brown sugar, it just tasted like a ice coffee. I don't know ⁹why they have different favors if you can't taste the favor some.

i am sorry for the workers here. dunkin donuts with very little seating, in the chaos of walmart with questionable parenting, out of control kids sugared up with donuts and not one hand sanitizer in sight but i guess snap doesn't pay for sanitizer. at least the prices are the same as any other dunkin and not some weird inflated add-on to a building price. i found my service to be slow for anything other than drinks and there's very little seating to be found. but if i have to tough it out at walmart, then caffeine helps.

I came through at 11:15 today. They weren't busy and both ladies working were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. The icing on the cake was them letting my child pick his own donut. She was asking him big or small, sprinkles or no, what color. He was so happy to get to pick and choose and order his own donut. These ladies really went the extra mile when it comes to customer service and our food and coffee being delicious was just a good bonus.

Probably the best experience I've had with a Dunkin. Unfortunately, most Dunkin locations usually provide an underwhelming quality of customer service. However, this location has wowed me consistently on quality of drinks/donuts, and a wonderful atmosphere with their customer service. The management is well above exceptional and this location is probably the best of its category of business. This place should absolutely be the standard.
