Second time KFC has given out scalding hot gravy that melts the container and lid, & then burns you. First time it happened we were just trying to get a replacement and was treated like it was somehow our fault? This time had the manager threaten to call the cops. Fix your machine, nothing you serve should be that hot.

Today I went and got 2 piece grilled chicken dark meat it was dry and skin was tuff, it was left over. The biscuit was not much better. Very disappointed on my KFC trip this time. The grilled chicken is usually fresh and not dry.

Sent my husband to purchase two orders of 5 piece chicken combos spent 28.80 got home ready to eat my food and to my disgusting surprise I was met with exactly what you see in the picture someone’s booger in my box I called the store to speak with a manager to inform them instead the manager denied it everything I told her that i was watching in my box and I kindly asked her to remake the item instead she said she won’t be doing that have a good day and hung up I will be reporting this to food safety and their cooperate office she’s very lucky that I didn’t take matters in my own hands because not even the cops was gonna help her trifling ass I would never recommend this establishment

I went thru the drive thru to order. The sandwich I ordered had to be remade because it had mayonnaise on it. While it was being remade I was asked to pull to the front of the store to wait. While waiting I watched two employees that prepare food run their fingers through their hair. As I continued to watch, neither employee washed their hands nor did they wear a pair of gloves as they continued to prepare food. I spent $24 on 2 meals and After witnessing this I was unable to eat my food. If I ever decide to go there again I won’t even worry about making a purchase if the employees aren’t wearing gloves and hair nets. Eating out is to expensive to have to worry about someone’s hygiene habits and whether or not they maybe passing something on. I’d have asked for a refund if I’d felt confident that I would’ve received it

I am huge on customer service when a place doesn't provide just that and to be a customer who said please and thank you due to them messing up our order because why we understand that people mess up sometimes. The lady was rude rolled her eyes as if we were in the wrong. No I apologize or your welcome just rolled her eyes as if she was the one paying and her order was messed up. I've never experienced a KFC like this before I had to double check to make sure it wasn't Popeyes because there is no way KFC is hiring rude people like this. You just lost a customer

It's a shame that I paid $13 for a five piece tender meal and the people that work in there obviously can't count. I received a three piece tender instead of a five and I won't ever waste my money there again.

If I could minus numbers I would. How an hour before you close you gonna tell someone you have this chicken available and when you order and then they tell you it was more and you prove it was suppose to be less price and the manager Breanna has to be rude and tell you that’s not the price and then she gets pissy and then tells you she doesn’t have any chicken now for you to get. Someone from corporate is going to notified
