I waited in line for 15 minutes after i paid & got my drinks before i had pulled up waiting for “tater tots”!! i get home & my order is wrong!! i honestly dislike these fast food places because u spend money on things u did not ask for!! what if the person is allergic to what u gave them instead of what they order?

It took me 45 minutes to get my food. Nobody in line ahead of me in the drive thru, nobody in the store. How incompetent do you have to be for it to take you 45 minutes to make one order?

Got here at 1115 am ordered they was waiting on ppl who ordered after me 1st what happened to fcfs? service sucked finally got my order @1140 am so I could head back to Glennville Ga Krystal used to have exceptional customer service but not anymore

Bro took the order of my car in front of me at. 12:55 then proceeded to ingore me till 12:57 to tell me we’re closed which is crazy asf… u took the car infrint of me to see ignore me cuz u don’t want to work when ur 24/7 online……
Don't think of ever getting a actual krystal here. Ive given this place chance after chance to be a actual krystals establishment and i refuse to give them anymore server, 40$ for krystals that are soggy and feel like theyve been dunked into the nearest sink. After calling and attempting to get a refund for my ruined product they refused and offered me more krystals just as soggy. This place has been a joke since i moved to statesboro 3 years ago, dont waste ur time or money on this place.

Had a bad experience at drive thru. My attendant was hateful and when I asked to speak to the manager of the place..She stated.."That's ME..What?!" I'll never go back to this place. Not sure what was wrong with this young lady. But obviously didn't need to be helping paying customers.
2/17/24 ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE. I swing by around 11am Manager was there.. Customers sleeping in front waiting next to me.everyone waiting. Falling asleep while they do. It's so long. Not even right..Rude, manager.. Waited for 20 min before going in.. I've reported it all to the BBB.. Since nothing has changed since my last visit.
