Not sure who runs this restaurant, but new leadership is much needed!! Made 2 orders and both were screwed up. Asked for a substitute of onion rings instead of fries. The next one was half right. When we finally received our order, i walked up to notify the mistake. The older worker came to our table and gave us attitude and said we didn't order that. No, we did...Yall decide what to hear over the loud music from their phones!! But after she gave us what we actually ordered she then threw away 2 plates of chili cheese fries that we didn't order in the trash....like wow. Unbelievable. This is NOT the Krystal franchise i grew up with nor worked under. Yall are an embarrassment!!!

I’ve never had a good experience from here at all even with two general mangers sitting in the eating area on laptops but tonight i got off work and came in 30 minutes before closing a man name “zone” i believe he was working by his self but he was the best service I’ve had here nothing was missing very cool and respectful dude man if yall really care about your business you would get this man on first shift with a fat raise and a manger position i just moved out here a year ago and hated coming here because of the service and food would always be terrible if yall want good food come when zone is working

I have been to this Krystal a few times since I moved from Savannah to Statesboro, Each time I came the Krystal’s have been fresh and taste like they suppose too! Ya’ll need to go to Savannah and teach them how to service fresh Krystal instead stale ones .

They told us they were out of Krystal’s. The workers do not want to do their jobs. Terrible service. Never be back. Still terrible. Tried again some time later, order and get to window they tel us they don’t have everything. Loud music playing. Workers sitting around in the guest area. We refused to pay. This place has been ridiculous and will close soon with this action.

whoever was working on October 25th or October 24th late night of this year 2025 the lady and whoever was cooked were really good it was fast the food tasted really good and it was all fresh. she needs to work everyday or to cook whoever was back there working they need to wear all the time because this is the best experience I've had in this krystal's here in Statesboro even the drink was not out of stock. it was the late night shift. all my food was fresh made even though I didn't order that much but any other time it was always dry and sometimes to chili even taste it old but this is the best experience I've had so far out of any restaurants in Statesboro. thank you for whoever you were it was really good after working a long day I understand of how you're working hard too and as a person who used to work at Crystal's I also know how everything is works in the back and she did not get the order wrong where most people I say playing that means just cheese in the meat and sometimes they will even put it plain without cheese when it comes with cheese but whoever it was they were really good and I wanted to brag about it because you don't get that much good food like that in Statesboro

My husband and I have always loved Krystal but don't have one where we live. We stopped here while in town for the weekend and were horribly disappointed.
His cheese fries were undercooked and the cheese wasn't melted. My soda didn't seem to have enough syrup in it and tasted like just carbonated water, my pups looked like they'd seen better days, and I didn't even get the Krystal I ordered.

I waited in line for 15 minutes after i paid & got my drinks before i had pulled up waiting for “tater tots”!! i get home & my order is wrong!! i honestly dislike these fast food places because u spend money on things u did not ask for!! what if the person is allergic to what u gave them instead of what they order?
