The customer service is very professional, warm, and friendly, like a family. The staff is friendly and helpful, and employee morale seems good after a change in management. The restaurant has a few arcade games, an air hockey table, karaoke nights, and a bar. From the outside it looks like a shady bar scene, until the smell of fresh pizza hits. The pizza is good if a bit tough, and the sauce could use a bit of seasoning. The only issue is the pizza is always partially uncut, but you can't beat their prices. To go orders have been correct for the last year.
