Don't think of ever getting a actual krystal here. Ive given this place chance after chance to be a actual krystals establishment and i refuse to give them anymore server, 40$ for krystals that are soggy and feel like theyve been dunked into the nearest sink. After calling and attempting to get a refund for my ruined product they refused and offered me more krystals just as soggy. This place has been a joke since i moved to statesboro 3 years ago, dont waste ur time or money on this place.

Had a bad experience at drive thru. My attendant was hateful and when I asked to speak to the manager of the place..She stated.."That's ME..What?!" I'll never go back to this place. Not sure what was wrong with this young lady. But obviously didn't need to be helping paying customers.

Still cant get a Krystal burger for breakfast. What the hell? And again... 15 minute wait for a Krystal at 10 am. Dec 1 2023. Employees have a horrible attitude and 15 minutes to make 4 Krystals. Place is not even busy. This place needs new management.

Went through the drive thru and had to pull over and wait 20 minutes. Just for Krystal burgers.i wouldn't have waited but I had already paid. For them. There were 5 cars waiting.

Drive thru workers cant follow directions.No napkins or ketchup that i asked for. And had to pull up away from the window.
Horrible wait, had to wait 30 minutes for food. Didn't even bring drinks. Horrible place to eat, don't waste money

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Just went by there to order food. As we were pulling in (my family and I) there was 1 woman hanging out the door and another hovering over a counter. There was also one man just Standing behind the register. I seen at lest 3 employees and none working. But we was the only car that pulled threw. When we got to the order box we sat for a second looked over the menu. We was ready to order so we said hello in the order box. No one answered. We said it again and no one. So we pulled off. As we came back around to the glass windows. The one that was outside the door was now sitting down at a table. And the other woman still hovered over the counter on her phone. And the guy was back in the kitchen he looked like he was working. So if management is reading this is was 8pm. On 10/16/23. So if your sales are down it’s because your employees are not working. Your paying them to be on their phones.

Workers talk more about personal life for the whole place to hear instead of working! Took 25 mins to get 3 Krystal’s meal! Unexceptable for someone on a lunch break. Food is great

Stopped by to pick up biscuits for customers. Service was fast & friendly. Order was accurate. My BEC biscuit was delicious and my customer commented on how good their chicken biscuits were. Good coffee as well and a Health Dept. rating of 98. Judging from past ratings, they've clearly improved drastically. I'll be back when I'm in Statesboro. Much better than the other chicken place and open on Sunday!

Service is everything to me when it comes to nearly any restaurant/Fast food. The food is Alright, but nearly everytime I come here, the service is absolutely Atrocious. Almost no one that works here has a good attitude and most are extremely rude. If there were more options in Statesboro I'd never come to this Krystal. The employees that work here need to be either fired, or they need new Management that actually knows how to give good service.
