New ownership and management. They are now stingy with their meat and pizzas do not look like the pictures. Attitudes bad when it comes to resolving problems with food. Extramostbestest had soo few pieces of sausage and pepperoni it was ridiculous. One female manager that’s been there is really good, but others need more training. Other location better. Friday night and no one was there… I see why.

I live in Columbus, Georgia and we don't have Little Caesars Express and I'm glad we don't. This location does not take phone calls. They only serve medium Pizza and they charge the same price as the large pizzas. They did not have any napkins and I had to wait on my pizza.

Service is extremely slow, ordered a lunch combo and the price that was advertised was less than what I paid. When I asked why, no one knew not attempted to correct it. There were about 6 employees in there, it was slow. No one answered the phone and they were even slower coming to the front to assist customers.

It's Little Caesars so you know the quality is whatever but when you mobile order a pizza and it says 15 minutes and takes 30 minutes, that's unacceptable. One worker in the store. Felt bad for the guy. But if you can't keep up with customers as a business, shut it down. Ridiculous. But honestly, like everything else in Statesboro, the wait time is insane.
