I can’t stand going to a place to enjoy food and spend my money to support a business and the food is horrible. The cabbage was disgusting… no taste… didn’t even take the time to steam it. The shrimps was tasteless!!! The chicken was so so so chewy … like why is the chicken chewy??? The sauce is sooo thick and too sweet!!! Then they have the nerve to put a lot of sauce on the chicken and rice rendering it to almost inedible!!! The rice had black stuff in it and all I could think is someone did not clean the grill before preparing my food. I could go on and on but i can’t let a restaurant disturb my peace. I knew i should have just cooked because now my hard earned money is down the drain.

The food was absolutely disgusting the shrimp were steamed with no flavour the fillet was like beef jerky and we ordered rare. we ordered a sushi roll that consisted Of frozen fried shrimp wrapped in rice. The worst $63 I have ever spent I would’ve been better off, going and buying gas stations sushi.

I was disgusted in this place.used to love it before but this time was horrible and it was 53 bucks for 3 plates.the shrimp was spongy and the steak was so hard i couldnt chew it.no flavor at all either.ill buy from another place next time.tried to give my family a nice treat and it backfired on

Well I officially will not waste my money at your restaurant anymore. I went today to get a steak bowl I guess I’m used to getting a steak bowl from seasons of Japan or you can get the meat cooked the way you want it the lady was very rude at the counter when I asked that I get my meat cooked medium she said no we cook our meat ahead of time it is what it is. and of course when I got home it’s so dry it just about crumbles. There are lots of restaurants closing up in this town I’d hate to see yours close up but with your poor customer service and food not being edible it appears that seasons of Japan will eventually just put you out of business.
Wait time for drive through was 30 minutes. I ordered sushi, so I was expecting it to take a little longer. When they finally brought my food out, I politely ask if I could get a cup of teriyaki sauce. The young man was rude and snapped at me that I had to go get back in line and ask for it at the window. Really?? You’re coming from the kitchen!!! I’m not waiting another 30 minutes for freaking sauce!! This was the first visit to this location in quite a while, and I don’t know if I’ll ever come back after this. Shogun has better quality food and nicer employees. I was just looking for fast food….. my mistake!
Poor customer service, SLOW, RUDE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡 I have NEVER been talked to like that AND I WAS EVEN POLITE TO THEM BEFORE THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTION!!!! First time I’d been there in a long time-WONT BE BACK ANY TIME SOON.
