5 stars for food and friendly service. 3 stars for for the whole "here's a receipt and pen" process. I don't think a signature or the choice of added gratuity should be added to the payment transaction. It's a drive-thru. What sort of situation do you think I might be in where I have to prove I bought a spider roll on a Friday night and added a 15% tip? Just swipe my card and give me my food. Put the receipt in the bag.
The food quality was good and the people are helpful if you have questions. The preorder on the app was useless. They should bring back the zucchini in their food as a standard item.
