I ordered my grilled cheese on sour dough, they just gave it to me on the end pieces of white bread. I payed 8 dollars for some bread they found laying around. My soup was fine but they forgot the croutons.

ordered just a sip club sweet tea through drive-thru. waited in line for over 10 minutes, got to the speaker and they said they never got my app order. i told them i had ordered and it was just a sweet tea. the guy on headset just kept saying “i don’t know” without offering any kind of solution until my boyfriend decided to tell him he’s just gonna come inside to figure it out. he went up to the counter with the order number and order info and the boy at the counter told him it was at the pick-up. my boyfriend checked, it wasn’t there, and told the boy that. the boy said that someone must’ve taken it, also offered no solution. luckily the manager, the only one with common sense apparently, looked at the order and just handed him our drink. we waited 15 minutes to get a single drink and the employees just seem completely incapable and clueless on how to solve problems. not a big fan of this location but it’s the only one we have access to.

When you place your order online but it's pushed to the back because of a larger order so you spend your entire lunch hour waiting for them to get it ready. And it wasn't even right.

Came at 8:15- Understand it’s close to closing, ordered chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl. Waited 15 minutes with no food then I went up to the counter and asked politely where my food was when they informed me they had no bread bowls. This information would’ve been nice to know before I paid the $3 up charge for it. They finally made my soup and I asked for the bread piece it’s supposed to come with, was then informed they also did not have any bread left. Extremely disappointed.

Placed a pick up order, was supposed to be ready at 5:20, its 5:35 and I'm still standing here waiting, again. I generally only order dinner from this location and have had multiple times found that they didn't even begin making my food until I came into the store and someone notices me loitering by the Rapid Pick-up area and ask my name. This completely defeats the purpose of placing the order and being able to run in, grab it and go. If I wanted to stand here I'd order in person, which the people who have come in and ordered in person over the last 15 minutes have been served before me, even though I ordered online 30 minutes ago. Need to get your evening staff in order!

The first time I went there it was good but the second time I went there it was like everyone there was really rude to me and my kids
I’ve never before had anything bad at Panera. Today was the exception. The lettuce on the salad was old and wilted; they gave me the wrong sandwich and side; then, they told me they no longer served the sandwich I ordered. (It was on the menu.). The sandwich was lunchmeat and cheese—that was it. They were clearly understaffed. So disappointing.
