Visited from out of town, I’m big on customer service when dining out. I pay attention to how long we have to wait for simple things like drinks or napkins. The young lady’s name I believe name was Courtney. She was very attentive and detailed. She came with straws handy, additional napkins ready to go. She checked on us multiple times through our meal. Always with a smile 😀 Thank you for the experience and great service. We’ll definitely be back.

so, let’s begin with the fact that i’ve been here for an hour, and still havnt gotten my food. the waitress is not attentive, had to come back 4 times to ask questions that should’ve been asked when she took our order, and she’s very slow. i also would like to point out that my brothers fork had white crust on it, and the waitress didn’t seem to care when she was shown. the place is also incredibly slow, so i don’t know why it’s taking so long either. overall, as i am very hangry and tired, this is one of the most horrible experiences i’ve ever had in an establishment, and i shall not be returning.

The smoke house cheddar burger is the best burger in town and the hickory bourbon salmon is always delicious. Fredy our server was attentive and gave excellent service and Crystal the manager was eager to please and made sure we had everything we needed to give us an excellent dining experience.
Me and the wife ordered some cheese cake and carrot cake this evening. Our door dasher had to wait for much longer than she should have considering the store wasn’t busy. Nobody came to the counter to wake her what she needed. Whilst she heard everyone in the back talking and laughing.
The carrot cake was good. The cheese cake was missing a large corner lol and there was no strawberries just some strawberry dressing.
Against my better judgment I did take a bite. The cheese cake tasted old and like it had been left out in the fridge for weeks. Highly disappointed. Management needs some training. Curious to see shake the kitchen is in.

This will be my last visit to any Ruby Tuesdays. I received a Diet Coke that was regular with request for lemons in it. It came back with rotted limes. The salad bar had bad broccoli and not so fresh lettuce. We were there early around 11:30 am. Rest rooms were dirty. It appeared most items were not fresh and canned. Never again this is no different than other Ruby Tuesday’s across Georgia and North Florida
