They completely screwed my order up. It was super slow by the way, and they put bacon bits on my burger when I ordered no bacon. I give it back and all they do is scrape the bacon off which I can still see on it which I’m allergic to. Integrity 0%. Apparently scrapped the fried jalapeños off too because now it’s none, so I’m all getting is a guacamole burger. Had to ask for cup of fried jalapeños. Asked for rice pilaf for inconvenience but at this point, I feel like the cooks are spitting on my food. By the way it’s to go so I’m walking back n forth inside. Ordered tater tots got fries I couldn’t bite into they’ed break your teeth if you tried. They tell me over the phone they didn’t have any tots so at least they could do is give me fresh fries. So I’m gonna go on the limb and say that they’ll be the next restaurant to close down in Statesboro. Won’t be eating here again, horrible service. Horrible experience. 0 integrity. I’m scared to get just the burger they offered me to come back and get feeling like they’ll be on the look out for me to do something else to my food 👎. Was a fan now I’m scared and scarred.

Came in late tonight to grab a quick bite, manager was very friendly and got us seated right away. Our server was Rocco and he was very friendly, we ordered drinks, had an amazing strawberry lemonade. Rocco was very helpful with the menu and helped us decide what to eat he was patient and definitely recommend him as your server he is very silly and definitely puts on a show and entertains! Will be going back for Rocco!

My experience.. from the time we walked in the door, our server, who is also running the bar, hasn’t had time for us.. he’s trying to run the bar, tables and to go orders. Our food, we had steaks, wasn’t seasoned at all! It was horrible! head to send mine back because it wasn’t cooked enough and my potato was on the plate ready to eat and it came back with sour cream in it

Food quality was not worth the price. The cooking quality and presentation was bland. The prices are excessive for what they give you. The service took way longer than expected. Just overall would not recommend based off of my experience. Hopefully it gets better over time. Place is highly talked about within the community and was very disappointed.

Service was a little slow cause there was only one server, but luckily there aren’t many guests. Our server was nice. Food very yummy. Definitely coming back but, PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE bring the large crackers back at the salad bar omg. 😭
Parking: PLENTY of spots, parking lot is always pretty empty
Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids too eat with child options and coloring book.
The food was terrible. Ordered a 8 oz sirloin that was dried out and half fat. It was barely edible. The service was also terrible. It took over an hour to get the awful food and then it took forever just to get a ticket and get out of the restaurant. We will not be back.
Parking: There’s plenty of parking because there are not many people here on Friday night at 7;00.

We go to RT at least twice a month. They have some of the best deals, menu options and some of the best servers. Last visit we had Savannah, she was very busy but we wanted for nothing. For me it’s the server on why I come back and the food is second believe it or not. I hope RT recognizes their great server like Savannah so we can keep coming back.
