Ridiculous! First of all the customer service was trash! To let customers wait in a long line to get up to the speaker to order then announce “cash only” is absurd! Why isn’t it posted where people won’t have to just sit there? Then the woman taking orders was rude! She basically threw the bad in my hand & immediately closed the window not giving me time to ask for condiments or anything! Then this bs burrito! They literally gave me HALF a sausage & you can tell the burrito was just re-heated by the way the cheese looks! However, they charged me full price! Always check your food before leaving the drive through, had I taken that advice instead of being considerate of the long line behind me I would’ve demanded a refund! This location will never get another dime out of me!!! Edit 2025–STILL TRASH

My chicken was hard as rock on the chicken club sandwich & I ordered fries but they gave me old tater tots with hard fries on top of it!! I WILL NOT BE BACK! I highly recommend new cooks & new staff!

Drive through associate was very rude. They just handed the food out the window and when I took it they just shut the window. I had to check and make sure I had all my food before I drove off because I wasn't sure I was handed everything because she didn't say thank you, here you go or anything...just shut the window! How rude!! Three cars left the drive through because nobody took their order. Will never go back.

People that have no customer service or hospitality should not work here. I was handed my order and not one word was spoken to me. Maybe I’m old school but when I worked in restaurants, I was always taught to at least say thank you have a nice day.

30 minutes for what, tots taste like old grease and cold. My burger is covered in mayonnaise and I waited 30 minutes for 1 meal and 2 extra drinks if that was the case I would have thought my meal was going to be at least hot but no it was stone cold.

Ordered food on the app, ordered 2 sweet teas and a order of chicken bites with buffalo sauce… out of tea and didn’t tell us until they got to the car “oh i gave yall coke” … mind you i don’t drink coke. Then didn’t give us our sauce. so i got out to get the sauce that they forgot… “its 25 cent each” so got the money then told me “we are out of buffalo” … get it together.

Overall experience, was horrible, not only could they not take our order correctly, we asked for a burger to be cut in 1/2 so we could split it and they lady on the mic must of never heard of a knife before, because they charged us for an entire second burger. Then when we get the burgers they were raw in the center. And the fries were about 1/2 in long each. And greesy and old. Management really needs to step up at this location

My dad ordered lunch for me and himself. I asked for a Bacon Cheeseburger with no tomato, and they put tomato on there anyways. I also asked for a Peach Sprite with no ice, and they put ice in it anyways. I'm never going to order from any SONIC Drive-In location again, nor am I ever again going to ask someone else to order from any SONIC Drive-In location for me. They don't listen to their customers, and they never want to. They need to start listening to their customers, and they also need to start making the orders as they are given, instead of doing whatever they want to. We pay them for these orders, and there is NO REASON why they can't make a simple order properly and by the book. This is not the first time my burger order has been messed up, so SONIC has officially lost my business FOREVER. They will NEVER earn my business or my trust again, no matter what. I'm officially saying GOODBYE to SONIC Drive-In locations.

Waited 30 minutes for food did not get the correct food did not get food replaced even though I asked for it replaced. Multiple times I've had orders at this Sonic that have not been filled correctly if there's more than like three cars that drive-thru don't go here they can't handle more than a car at a time.
