Haven't had sonic in forever so was looking forward to it. Had the app downloaded, but wasnt logged in so figured I'd order at the stall. Waited for 10 mins with no response and eventually just figured out my login info so I could order food. So recommend having the app ready to go vs using the stall button

why do yall never put the sauces in the bag đ the customer knows what they want!! itâs really aggravating when i order something and only get one sauce or none at allâŠcome on sonic (itâs on the receipt for christs sakes)

The one that took our order wasnât rude, but the girl that brought our food out was rude. The burger tasted burnt, dry and it looked thrown together. My cheesy tots tasted like it was sitting around for hours before get gave it to me. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!
The management is awful I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rudest customer service. Ordered on the app then told I had to go through the drive thru. Women at the window was rude all we got was mhmm and yup. Then sat there because we were missing things and she's hiding behind stuff so she didn't have to come back to the window.

Got some late night drinks, and they were packed so it took a bit but they were good. I definitely scratched the bottom of my car pulling into the parking lot.

The girl at the window was friendly and offered good service, BUT, the food was horrible.
I ordered the foot long combo with tots and a Coke Zero.
The hot dog was cold, with hardly any chili or cheese on it. The tots were hard and tasted like they were old and had been re-fried several times in dirty oil.
If you pay over $10 for fast food, you should be able to eat it.
And please don't make me have to ask for a napkin and katchup!

I don't eat fast food often, and from now on I will only eat at quality chains like Chick-fil-A, Culver's etc.
the workers here were awful. they refused to bring out our food and then when we pushed the button to tell them they completely ignored us. we got to the window and the worker gave us our drinks and we continued to sit there for 5 more minutes while her and her two coworkers continued to play around. the car behind us sat in the drive thru waiting to order this entire time. after the 5 minutes she opened the window and asked us if we had food. I wouldnât have continued to sit there if i didnt!!!

I just went through the drive thru a couple minutes ago and once I pulled up to the order screen, she asked me if I was ready to order (obviously thatâs fine) so I said âjust one second pleaseâ and she proceeded to ask me three times within the same minute if I was ready and I said âone moment pleaseâ each time, but she started getting an attitude as if it was my fault that she couldnât hear me even with my head out of the window saying it. And by attitude, I mean she raised her voice and asked us if we were gonna order when I had been nothing but nice. She made another lady take our payment, and I told the lady at the window that whoever took our order was really rude and gave us an attitude for her not hearing us. She looked at me smiling and said âokayâ âokayâ âokayâ and closed the window. Quite literally the rudest fast food service I have ever gotten!

They have the worse customer service I have seen. Young lady in drive thru had a while attitude when she answered speaker. Got to window spoke she didnât speak back close window in face. Asked about a bag. She rudely sad we donât have bags. Then slammed the window close.donât know if she was having bad day but donât take it out on your customers.then had to take my food back and even the manager was rude because they gave me a old sandwich. This is the second time I had to wait more than 15 mins for my food just to get in the drive thru to finally get my food . Just feel like itâs unprofessional since they donât even apologize for the inconvenience and I can understand being unstaffed but if thatâs the case turn off the mobile orders so people will only come through the drive through because waiting over 20 mins at the stalls to get in to the drive thru line and have to wait another 10 mins in the drive thru because of the line and to pull up to the window to still get asked what I had order and my minutes maybe off but I got there at 8:22pm said my food would be ready at 8:28pm cool waited til 8:40 then decided to get in the drive through line still didnât finally receive my food til 9pm . Iâm just saying to pull up at 8:22pm and not get my food til 9:00pm is frustrating .
