Worst location ever. The two big employees were so rude the whole time. Just slid my sandwich across the counter didn’t even hand it to me then i had to get my OWN cup no one handed it to me and didn’t receive my cookies until i had to personally bring it up. Then had the audacity to ask me did I pay for them. Like yes I did you would know that if you was paying attention to begin with. Worse location ever shut it down fr!

I believe I just witnessed a handful of health code violations 😬 the short female wasn't wearing her hat, rather sunglasses in her hair. Her arms constantly sat/ grazed on the cutting board every time she reached for something. Mind you, those parts of her arms are not covered. I saw her arms also constantly graze against the other guys bread when she reached across almost every time. Since I know she had to feel her arms on the cold cutting board, she never sanitized it once. Also, there was a weird smell the moment I walked in. This was probably the worst experience I've had when it comes to cleanliness 😬😬

The artist that made our sandwich was kind even as a second employee barked orders at him. The women's restroom was filthy- covered in feces and toilet paper. A moldy ring was around the toilet bowl. The vegetables were frozen to the metal containers with ice very visible. I hope we don't get sick.

Guy who made mine and my boyfriend's sandwich was high and reeked of weed. He couldn't remember anything even after we told him upwards of 4 times. The vegetables looked wilted even though we ordered before 12pm. Very disappointed in my experience

I ordered the Ultimate B. M. T with pepper jack and toasted. For the veggies, I wanted everything BUT spinach and jalapeño. Who ever was working on 4/10/25 at 9:30 messed up my sandwich that was placed IN STORE. I got jalapeños on my sandwich, luckily I’m not allergic to them. He started with an attitude and was rude the entire time he was making my sandwich. I WILL NOT be going back.

I visited this location and was waiting patiently for the employee to make my sub. He was the only one up there, so I understand frustration, but as he finished ringing up the customer, he glanced over at me and two other customers waiting in the line and had cursed about how ridiculous it was, either for customers to be waiting on him, or for being the only one working, I am unsure. Regardless, this was highly unprofessional and I left without making a purchase as I felt highly uncomfortable. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of hygiene as there was no beard net being worn. I've also been to this location before and have seen improper use of gloves. Because of this visit, I do not think I will be going back anytime soon.
