great customer service! i was greeted with kindness immediately when i walked through the door. i can tell the young lady who served me was brand new but she went above & beyond to ask questions to make sure she got my veggie patty salad to perfection!
the other experienced server working alongside her is a great mentor to her! the experienced server gave the new server great advice on how to serve effeciently! it was a very pleasant experience! i recommend the 12399 u.s hwy 301 subway to anyone in statesboro who love this restaurant!

I just left the store.I saw a long strand of black hair as she was putting tomatoes on my sub. She denied it, and I asked her to reach in the bin. She then pulled out the black hair.The concerning part was, she left that bin in to be used again.Completely left me astonished she didn't throw that whole bin away.Just tried the pretzel, and it was barely warm with little to no butter

Worst experience ever with the worker Davie! He was extremely rude, didn’t even speak or look at my husband and I. He had attitude entire time, didn’t know how to ring something up got upset and stormed off without even saying a word, he definitely needs an attitude adjustment.

Literally just left this store and sandwich artist was terrible. Not a care in the world for how she is making/cutting people's food. I know good help is hard to find, but damn before she made ours my wife and I looked at each other in disgust how poorly she made the 2 sandwiches for pick up. I will not be going here any further at this store. Time was around 6:15pm and 6:30pm

The gm, Shaina, and her staff never disappoint. The food is always amazing. It doesn't matter how busy they get. They take the time to ensure all of your sandwiches are correct, and get it all done with a friendly manner. Of all the subways we have in statesboro, this one never let's me down.

Ordered online went in to get the food. The young lady making a sandwich told me to open the cooler to grab the juice and apple sauce. I told my nephew to grab them while I fixed my drink when some lady comes out of the back hollering that the juice and sauce was already in the kid bag. I had not opened it a this point so I was just going by what the other lady told me. There was other customers in there that spun around and looked at us like we done stole something. I didn't need to be screamed at a simple ma'am we already put it in the bag would of been enough.
