Worst experience ever with the worker Davie! He was extremely rude, didn’t even speak or look at my husband and I. He had attitude entire time, didn’t know how to ring something up got upset and stormed off without even saying a word, he definitely needs an attitude adjustment.

The gm, Shaina, and her staff never disappoint. The food is always amazing. It doesn't matter how busy they get. They take the time to ensure all of your sandwiches are correct, and get it all done with a friendly manner. Of all the subways we have in statesboro, this one never let's me down.

Ordered online went in to get the food. The young lady making a sandwich told me to open the cooler to grab the juice and apple sauce. I told my nephew to grab them while I fixed my drink when some lady comes out of the back hollering that the juice and sauce was already in the kid bag. I had not opened it a this point so I was just going by what the other lady told me. There was other customers in there that spun around and looked at us like we done stole something. I didn't need to be screamed at a simple ma'am we already put it in the bag would of been enough.

I'm only giving 2 star since restroom was clean. But during my travel, and needed to use the rest stop at Parker's but their women's restroom was out of service so I stop by here like they told me. I felt bad just using the restroom so I tried ordering stuff and the girl there was so rude. I was just asking I thought I get to pick the cookie, but she said "just grab it", the box in front of me and when I said "I thought I get to choose", she was rude and said "what do you mean?" Am I speaking gebrish here????I get that fast food restaurant can get hectic, but I think subway needs to tell employees to be little more polite to strangers.

We had 20.00 in Subway gift cards that my kids had bought fir fathers day..., and they definetly had 20 on them. They said they had zero. The tuna fish on my sandwich was bad.

The new white and green color scheme is pleasing to the eye and really exemplifies the cleanliness of this location. Add the fact that the employees are and have always friendly, patient and kind in the 3yrs I have been going to this location. (Only location I go to).
