Over the past few years it has went downhill coustomer service is terrible, arcade machines don't work and the ones that do take your money. Definitely could use a major update/remodel & new machines.

Although we did have a good time, the quality of the environment was far below adequate. The mini golf section does not have a score card, the water is very gross, and there is a big hole on one of the holes that is very dangerous. The service was also not so great- very short staffed, and we could not get attended so we could redeem our arcade tickets. It is also a little pricey for the state of the business.

We went to the Clubhouse on Tuesday March 26, 2024. We had a great time playing mini golf and some arcade games. We want to give a shout out to the arcade manager, Mr. Kenny Hellburg. He was super helpful and attentive and made our experience much more enjoyable! Thanks Kenny!

I’m so disappointed to see how run down this place has gotten! We visited Friday just after opening, and it’s VERY unlikely that we will be back unless there are some major improvements. It was FILTHY! The ball area for kids was covered in dust (in easily accessible areas), and everything was broken, so the balls were just scattered along the floor. The arcade area could use some attention as well. The floors & games were pretty dirty, and multiple machines were not working properly.There’s absolutely no reason for the establishment to be in this condition. I see from other reviews that they have no intention of improving, just making excuses for the poor conditions. Seems like we can’t have anything nice in this town. They need to shut down for a major cleaning at minimum.

Absolutely horrible managementCalled for the first time about party pricing and couldn't understand everything I was being told because was speaking a million miles per hour, I said ok thank you I will just call back at a better time because I can't understand, and then I hung upThen got repeated calls back being yelled at that I hung up on her and I said no maam I didn't and that I said I would call back at a better time because I couldn't understand what she was saying and that I was busy at work, she continues to call harassing me and then hanging up on meI'm completely shocked and embarrassed for this place to have someone like that representing them and managing, all of this was recorded on security cameras in the location I'm working in so there is no denying what I told her and how I spoke to herBut this right here needs to be handled and this person flat out fired !Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL

Very disappointed kids. We've been coming here regularly for years, but they lost a customer tonight. Every arcade machine we touched was broken. We waited over an hour to bowl after being told 30 minutes, only to get a broken table with old milkshake all over it and zero balls to choose from. Everything was a disappointment from top to bottom. The poor manager was trying to hold everything together but she was on a sinking ship. The owner needs to spend some serious time and money repairing this place or he/she will definitely lose it.

I will NEVER go back to this place again. We paid 400$ for the skybox luxury suite for my daughter’s birthday and I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. Although the kids seemed to enjoy it, I feel like it was a complete waste of money. Waited about 20 mins because the suite wasn’t ready when we got there the party coordinator was rude and unfriendly and was not coordinating at all. Her and the staff was very unfriendly, They wasn’t really communicating properly. She and a few other staff members had attitudes the entire time. The suite was nice but wasn’t decorated like no balloons no nothing just plain. If I’m paying 400$ I was expecting for it to be decorated with balloons or something too. Had to keep asking what’s next, are you bringing the bowling shoes, like she had us just sitting there…when she brought the shoes out the girls complained they were too tight. She had an attitude because she had to go change them and slammed them on the cart. Didn’t tell us when the pizza was coming. Then when she did bring the pizza out she sat it down and walked out that’s it. Pizza tasted like cardboard and cupcakes wasn’t good either. I had to serve the girls myself. The staff didn’t sing Happy birthday to her. I literally had to keep asking questions when I paid for the party to be coordinated the right way and it wasn’t. They only could go only one round on the spin zone. But they did bowl, and have arcade time. I just wasn’t satisfied at all. I will never take my kids back there again. It was not worth the 400 we spent. Smh

We went to dinner with my BIL and then he asked the kids if they wanted to do something fun. Of course, it was a yes. He took us here. We played bowling and did go karts. They also have an arcade, bumper cars, and I think laser tag. Fun place!!

Paid $28 for 4 people to play hazardous mini golf. You don't get 18 holes as the course is missing 4 holes. No lights on the course, had to use a flashlight. The water hazards are literally a Mosquito breeding ground, looks like swamp water & gators could be in the water. There's loose boards on the bridges, the carpet is torn up on many holes, no scorecards, no numbers on any holes, there's a giant hole on one of the holes you could break a leg on...bushes are taking over, and you stand to close to the water hazards you can fall in.I would not recommend this for small children or adults as children could easily fall into the water trip hazards. This mini golf course is extremely unsafe & must be looked into before someone gets hurt. Concerned citizen of Statesboro.

This place is SCARY. It looked like the backrooms, it scared my daughter and the employees looked like they were apart of uncanny valley. The pizza felt like cardboard and the place looked like an abandoned fnaf restaurant fro the new movie fnaf. Wont be back.

This place is a complete dump. THEY should actually pay people to play on the putt-putt course. Ripped Astro-Turf, rocks, trash and debris all over the playing surfaces. Exposed wiring, dead frogs, stagnant, stinky water. Staff overwhelmed and uninterested. They are actually dumping grease behind the dumpsters where soccer families come to park. Soccer? ? Stadium is full of safety hazards. Holes, manholes, construction debris, etc. Someone needs to get a handle on this operation.
