Breadsticks were BLACK. Then, topped with Parmesan cheese. Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, they were put in the bag and served to us! No complaints on the pizza, but DANG! Don't even try to tell me this was an oversight, Pizza Hut... we work hard too, and we didn't give you burnt $$$ so please, take care of your customers. UNACCEPTABLE.

My parents ordered a take out pizza and when they got it back to the motel there were roaches and other little bugs under the pizza in the box!

Service was terrible. We came to Statesboro with our 8u girls softball team for the state tournament. Our game got over at 8:30. I ordered the girls 8 pizzas. We waited an hour for them to arrive, the girls were starving. The boy finally got here with only half the pizzas I ordered he said he fjorgot the others and will go back and get them . I fed what I had to the girls some girls didn't eat because they wanted cheese which was the pizzas left at the store. We waited about another hour. The girls were tired and some went to bed without. When the pizzas finally got there I was on the phone with Pizza Hut because it had been so long. They were cold and over cooked. And I told her we needed some sort of discount. She sad no because we accepted it the pizzas. This was total bull.
