“We had an exceptional experience with this blazers location. Jake was very informative, polite, and well spoken. They had ran out of one of our sauce pics for the wings, and Jake was willing to go to a grocery store or wherever he had to to get the sauce. They have plenty of sauces/dry rub to choose from for the wings. They gave us plenty of celery/blue cheese/ranch and extra sauces. The celery was fresh and crisp. They have other foods available other than chicken wings as well. Although they do have some pretty killer wings. We also got their catfish platter and the catfish was definitely on point. We like the hush puppies a lot as well. I believe they do catering as I seen a catering truck in the parking lot. It’s a small restaurant, but you can usually find a seat. If not take it to go and you can even walk across the street to the park and there’s a pavilion in which you could eat your food at. Keep up the good work y’all and thanks again.“

“Dave was incredible when above and beyond not only did he get my order done so quickly, but he was so pleasant and engaging with me. I know customer service is a lost thing these days, but Dave definitely deserves some recognition also corporate if you’re reading this you need to give Dave a raise this man is working above and beyond. Zach also helped me take my pizza out to my car not only did he open the store door for me, but he also opened my car door so that I can get my pizza in. This is above and beyond service. I’m quite pleasantly pleased. Kudos to Dave and Zach.“

“We had the cheese burger with tater tots. The service was quick and the waitress was friendly and attentive. The burger was great. The prices are reasonable. We actually visited a second time. Same order. Same experience. They have a bar area that can get a little loud. They also have outdoor seating.“

“This was the first time I've eaten at the Winder location. It was clean upon entering the establishment and the staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. We ordered our food, and it came out hot and fresh and was delicious. I would recommend WNB Factory for lunch or dinner. I might go back and eat there today 😅“

“The food is delicious however because some people have had issues with thinking their pizza was undercooked (when it wasn't. Papa John's cheese just melts differently.) they started putting the toppings under the cheese which causes them to get soggy. I remedy this by calling after placing my order online to request my toppings be on top of the cheese.“

“Love this place. The Downside is that the chicken wings keep getting smaller and for the price not worth it. The sauces they offer for the wings are really good and the service is always great and fast. Just wish they would stop buying tiny wings from the suppliers or maybe switch companies.“

“Nicholas was extremely helpful, honest and polite. The Parmesan crusted cheese steak papadilla was phenomenal!!! Definitely get that again. The pizza was decent but the chicken poppers leave a lot to be desired. It was my first time there and I WILL go again and try other menu options. For a first experience I would give 5/5 for customer service. 5/5 got food in a timely manner. 4/5 for the food“

“It is fast pizza..not gourmet. So..expect a good but..not great pizza. I l;ike it..for the price is is a good pizza..it is fresh..not a frozen-in-a-box pizza. I think it is good..eat there several times a month. and will continue. For the money..it is good.“
