“I’m actually here now and I’m impressed. I usually get the same thing but today I thought I’d try the All-Star with a piece of chicken (I’ve never had the chicken) but it was so delicious and juicy. I’m definitely going to get that more often. Although the food was amazing, the reason for my review was more so what I wanted to highlight. The customer service was amazing. It was more so relaxed and just a friendly atmosphere. Even the employees were respectful of each other. Like one server was correcting another one but the way she said it so softly and respectfully and almost a whisper (I wasn’t purposely listening, just noticed it) was so kind. Then he asked her for help and she immediately helped him and told him “it’s okay”. Didn’t criticize him or anything. Victoria is her name and she’s literally what they need to keep. She’s a great multitasker and she pretty much can read her guests minds. (She just suggested and brought over my to-go items without me even having to get her attention) she’s a jewel to your company! And this is from a Waffle House lover who have seen my share of Waffle House experiences but I love the food! Keep it up! Give Victoria a raise…and “Chef kiss” to the cook! Literally the best chicken I have ever had at any restaurant, breakfast and dinner venues! I would have took a picture but I ate it so fast!“

“The food served its purpose. I was starving. They made my eggs the way they wanted them. Not how I ordered them. The staff looked like high school seniors. The tables were dirty, and the bathroom was dirty. I didn't like that the staff had inappropriate conversations in front of customers. But, it's to be expected with the way the world I today.“
“The waiter was awesome, but the cook seemed like he was constantly confused. I asked for eggs scrambled with cheese, he forgot the cheese. We asked for two waffles, one normal, one dark. He heard three waffles, normal, dark, and light somehow. He was corrected immediately by the waiter, then still brought out one light waffle and one normal. The waiter had to go back and make the dark one himself. We left our waiter a great tip because he was funny and did a good job, but be prepared to send food back to have it fixed because of the cook. We were the only ones there, so we know he didn't just confuse our ticket with anyone else's.“
“6/23/2024 Some of the waffles were half done, missing items , ordered multiple double waffles and only received 2 orders of double waffles unacceptable service from this location
6/24/2024 (UPDATE) so I spoke with Calvin the manager of this location this morning and he made sure everything was in order from my previous order placed on 6/23/2024 Calvin was professional and handled the situation with perfection, spoke with another manager around noontime also today I can’t recall her name but she was amazing too I made up in my mind that I would no longer spend my money at Waffle House anymore but if I did I would go to a different location but after speaking with the managers I’ve reconsidered due to the well spoken and uplifting management and customer service today, they made sure everything was fixed so guys if you have problems just be patience they have a wonderful management team in place that will help make everything right“
