Came here after a swim meet. Ordered via BK mobile app. Get to the window and I state my name and that it is a mobile order. No problem. We wait while the food is prepared. When the lady comes to the window she asks to see my name (as it’s procedure, cool). I pull up the BK app, recent orders, but it doesn’t show my name (I show her that) BUT IT SHOWS WHAT MY ORDER IS 1. Whopper 2. Cheeseburger and 3. Frozen coke. $5.61 (rewards used).
