“A little hard to get in and out of this location, but just as good as any other. Staff was nice, place was clean. Sat inside and finished the milkshake. I go to Baskin-Robbins for milkshakes because it isn't a malt or other weird ingredients. Just milk and ice cream blended. Tastes great.“

“They are staffed with kind, funny, sweet girls! They do occasionally run short on stock, but they press on with a smile. They can’t sell what the boss doesn’t send them. It feels like a satellite store due to its size, but it’s still nice. I’m glad it’s here!“

“Young lady behind the counter was super sweet. My daughter and I both downloaded the Baskin Robbins app and each got a free scoop of ice cream. I departed from my usual mint chocolate chip and got the caramel praline and it was amazing. We will be back!“

“I am ashamed. I deliberately avoided reviewing this place because I don't want a bunch of people to show up and spoil it. I have been coming here for 10 years and never once got a bad cup of coffee. I can be working an hour away and decide to make the drive just to make sure my Dunkin is done right. After another experience I just had, I realized how grateful I am for the great people, great coffee and great experiences. Hands down-the best.“

“I just want to say that I have been going to this Dunkin for years and it is my favorite Dunkin overall! I literally passed an Another Dunkin To come to this one. I don’t know my girl name but she takes care of me every time faithfully and there’s another guy there. I know he’s been there like two years and the staff is amazing and everything is just amazing! I am happy with my coffee every time and they are always open. They never fail me!“

My first time going into the store, loved the cleanliness. The ice cream selection was limited, but it was kind of expected, as it is a Dunkin primarily. Friendly person behind the counter, no issues for anything. Enjoyed my ice cream inside the warm location whiiit was pretty cold outside. No reason not to return!“

“Good coffee. Friendly staff (to me, at least). Big POTHOLE right as one turns into the Drive/Thru lane. I have repeatedly reported it to the window staff (who are powerless to effect the change) say they have escalated to management. It’s been there for months!! C’mon!!“

“The Wesley Chapel location is always on point. Friendly, courteous and professional.(unlike their counterparts at the Candler Rd location) Although the Candler rd locations is closest to me I prefer the Wesley Chapel location. Keep up the good work👍🏾“

The manager, Taslima, did not hesitate to reach out.Her genuine concern, which made me feel valued and important, is something I truly appreciate.
