The only criticism I could give would be for the fried rice as it was still good but could be a bit better. Still highly recommended especially if you’re looking for Halal food!“

“This was my first time getting Indian food and I was very impressed!!! The owner and workers were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and you could smell the food as soon as you walked in. They even gave me a free mango lassi to try. We tried the samosas, noodles, buttered chicken, and naan bread and everything was fresh and 10/10.“

“This place offers the best chicken wrap and fries combo on Buford Highway. Add a drink, and the combo comes to $15, which is a pretty good deal for lunch. The chicken is halal, and everything is fresh and made from scratch. It’s flame-grilled first and then pan-stirred, making it very well done. It’s the best option for students and immigrant working folks who love to eat quality food and skip the talk.“

This is the best restaurant we have visited in the U.S. The staff prepared each dish exactly according to the spice level we requested, which we greatly appreciated.

We do not eat very spicy food, and unlike many other South Indian restaurants in USA that tend to make dishes medium-spicy by default, they carefully followed our instructions and customized the food perfectly.

My kids absolutely loved the food as well, which is always a great sign. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!“

“My husband and I eat at Himalaya once a week because there is no better Indian restaurant in Atlanta! It’s family owned and the staff are incredible — the food is beyond amazing! Our faves are Chicken 65, salmon tandoori, lamb Bings,, ChickenTim’s Masala, but literally everything we’ve ever eaten there is fantastic. The portions are also generous so we always leave with more to enjoy the next day. Himalaya’s is simply thr best!“

this place is one of the smaller stores that serve delightful Indian cuisine.

I came around 8pm for combo order of Butterchicken/8oz naan/ and simosa that was served with rice.
- the simosa was really cooled down or warm when I first bit into it, mine was not baked throughly well but i am not in distaste. The Butter chicken was a great choice for me as I rarely go out for Indian food, but this place is a gem, and has home feeling when you order there. The butter chicken was great, warm, and filling; however, I did not think the portion matched the price. (Their reviews don’t allow picture submissions, so I could not share the photos)

The staff was really nice and they had a slow night, but one of the ladies there took care of me and the food, as I ordered thru their website. She called me back and assured the comments on my order were understandable and that the kitchen can make the desired accommodations. There was much of the editing process in their naans as I wanted a garlic naan instead; however, thankfully for the lady who called she was able to offer me my selection of garlic naan (I offered to pay extra). I just didn’t want to order another garlic naan when I could I just edit my current naan to a garlic naan, in which she took care of me for that I thank her.

Sweet staff, they’ll take care of you! I offered to pay more for the naan but big thanks to her and the kitchen. A nice gesture like that I wouldn’t back away from adding extra gratuity.

I would definitely come back more often to try out their menu a bit more.

“When I say delicious, I mean scrumptious!! That masala pasta has me in a tight choke hold! I cannot stop getting it. Literally a once a week purchase. “This place is amazing. Their service is awesome. I've gone so much I had every item on the menu. Prices are reasonable. The samosas are a hit. Hands down I've gone to many Indian restaurants, but Bombay has the Bomb best. Chicken biriyani is exceptional. The ambiance of the restaurant is very tranquil. They know how to greet their customers and their service is great. Today I had the lamb karma and its amazing. I've never had Lassi, but their mango Lassi is amazing. I've brought people and bought for other people. Trust me its a real treat. I can go on and on, but I don't want to ruin your chance to experience this jewel in Tucker. Check it out.“

“I am from out of town and have had this food three separate times since I’ve been here. The chicken in the butter chicken and chicken korma is literally the most tender chicken I’ve ever had. Their tea is flavorful and you get a big portion. The naan bread and the Lacha Paratha bread were outstanding. Everything I ever ate from here was an absolute 20/10.
