“Food is always great. Unfortunately, the majority of the staff have attitudes with the exception of KD the cashier. The young lady got my order wrong and proceeded to give me the sides I paid for that she forgot from not reading her screen correctly and then gets an attitude after I ask for a plastic bag. She wanted me to stuff everything in a paper bag. She has keloids on her ears.“
“A great manager is what really matters! We came during the dinner Rush, it was instructed to pull around to a parking space. The food took a little longer, so I went inside to inquire, and Mrs. Joann helped me a the food was amazing. I haven’t had KFC that good in years, but I really appreciate it. The fact of how accommodating she was when I came inside was what really made my night. Thank you.“
