I ordered 24 wings variety of flavors through Grubhub. And instead of my order. I got a fish sandwich and shrimp. They most definitely did not do my order because they were about to close. Will never order from here again. Get it in order

1/24 - I tried to give them another chance for delivery and they made my Doordash driver wait over an hour and still they never got the order to go through. I requested and received my refund and that's the end of going to that location for anything else.Edit 2/15/23: don't bother with online/mobile orders here. They never get acknowledged that they even exist. I should be able to place an online order, have it ready by the time I get there, not have to wait 25 minutes while other customers get served.

This location is TRASHHHH!! We went last night and they had us waiting an ENTIRE HOUR for our food! When we asked to see the manager, she was supposedly "too busy" to come to the door. They closed the inside so they had like 8 customers outside along for the manager. Came out with the food and then had an attitude bc we asked for our money back. Couldn't even get a free drink after waiting that dmn long! Plus... They NEVER have honey and always got an attitude. Went up there one day and the half the staff was fired for beating up a customer! Go to a different location!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would I placed a mobile order then waited 10 minutes before I left my house. Drove 5 minutes to the restaurant only to wait in line for 15 minutes to be told. I had to pull over & wait After 5 mins, they told me that the flavor of the wings that I ordered was not available, so I had to wait even longer. It took me 40 minutes to get an order that I placed online. That I gave them 15 minutes leeway!!!! This location is HORRIBLE!!! If I had not already paid for my food I would have left!!!!

This was the worst experience I have had in a long time at Popeyes. We eat it at least 3 times a week. My mom 5pc was spicy which I ordered regular. She couldn't eat it because of the spiciness along with my garlic parmesan wings which was very spicy think they used the ghost pepper wings. Below is a picture where you can see the spicy wings tossed in garlic parmesan. $54 down the drain. Live 25 minutes from this location on Redan rd. Should have known when people was bringing their food back. I also waited 36 minutes after ordering for my food to be wrong. Tried calling to report no answer. Lost a dependable customer.

Worst service ever smhI’ve been to this location in the past and sometimes they’re busy so granted.. not right now ??♂️Ppl wonder why ppl don’t want to visit or patronize in the black community this Popeyes will let you know exactly whyI pulled into the drive through at 5:40pm saw how long things were taking so I downloaded the app and placed my order while in the drive through lane at 5:45, it’s currently 6:07pm and I still don’t have my food.. a simple surf and turf with 2 strawberry biscuits… mind you it’s already been paid for but I see the guy giving the ppl behind me their food(2 cars)I’ll NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.Another reason why I’m moving 35miles away to a completely different area

Didn't know the definition of ghetto until i ordered from here. Woman twice my age working the window had the grumpiest attitude. I don't care where you're from, who you are and what you look like. I came here to grab and go. We all go through things but you chose the profession of serving people and working this type of environment. Just do your job and go home. If you don't like working at the establishment just find something better please. Much rather have someone straight from high school get the experience. Food was decent. Not the best.
