We went to this location tonight and while we where standing outside after pushing order button they turned the lights off and nobody ever came on intercom. This was at 6:40pm. So we went to Dairy Queen
Very rude and unprofessional. They litterally have no idea what customer service is and I hope they get shut down. Went to this poor excuse of an establishment and pulled in for the car hop service. Pushed the button and waited 10 minutes to place a order and nobody answered. I drove around to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes finally someone came to the speaker and stated we will be right with you. Normally I never have any issues with this Sonic but wait time for drive up push order was ridiculous tonight! Onion rings are perfect and fresh but the chicken slider is as hard as a rock! Not okay by no means!
