I ordered Popcorn Chicken but they must have thought I said Pieces of fried chicken crust. Understandable mistake. 😕
We went to this location tonight and while we where standing outside after pushing order button they turned the lights off and nobody ever came on intercom. This was at 6:40pm. So we went to Dairy Queen
Very rude and unprofessional. They litterally have no idea what customer service is and I hope they get shut down. Went to this poor excuse of an establishment and pulled in for the car hop service. Pushed the button and waited 10 minutes to place a order and nobody answered. I drove around to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes finally someone came to the speaker and stated we will be right with you. So I waited another 15 minutes and nobody ever came back to the speaker, so...read full review
