I would give this Little Caesars five stars if they would be consistent however they are not. Some afternoons I can go here not only a staff upbeat quick, timely and the food is fantastic and fresh. Other times I go here and I wait for someone to answer they take my order, then for me to give my order again at the window when I make it there, and then the food that's supposed to be fresh and hot ends up being kind of gross, and obvious that it's been sitting for a while.

This store has fallen off big time. If you go there in the evening, the online pizza portal (the main reason I even order from LC) is useless...because the door WILL BE LOCKED so they can run all orders through the drive thru. Management needs to hire enough people to run the place properly or at least put the proper people in place that can handle the traffic this store has.

These folks are under-staffed or something, bad. It takes forever to be acknowledged and order at the speaker, forever to even be acknowledged at the window, and averages 30 minutes of park and wait for "hot and ready" items. I have never been here at a time when the advertised "hot and ready" items weren't a 20-30 minute wait.
