“This may seem like low-hanging fruit, but it really speaks to how much customer service—and, unfortunately, food quality—has declined in many places. This was my first visit to this location, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The lobby was clean and well organized, we were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in, our order was taken promptly, and our food came out quickly. Best of all, everything tasted fresh instead of like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.
Marisol, who took our order, was especially friendly and professional. She made the experience even better with her positive attitude and excellent customer service.
Overall, this was a genuinely enjoyable visit. In an era when good customer service seems harder and harder to find, regardless of the industry, this location was a refreshing surprise. It’s nice to know there are still places that take pride in doing the little things right.“
