The food was hot. Service left a little to be desired. I had to ask for plates, cutlery & condiments, even though she knew we were rating in. She seemed to be more concerned with a customer she had a dialogue with than the ones in front of her.
I love this popeyes specifically, the customer service is top notch and the food is always delicious and hot!the mild bone in chicken doesn't taste the same as it use too though. the spicy bone in chicken definitely has a better flavor then the mild. I wish the regular mild had that good, seasoned flavor too but unfortunately it doesn't anymore.
