“Customer service from Ms. Frederick and Ms. Jan was phenomenal...There was an issue with my phone number being wrong in the system for my rewards, and they went above and beyond while waiting on a manager to find the issue and fix it before the manager had time to get to the front...Also, Mr. Fred even helped me take my order to my car...not to mention the food was great too!!!
