For me great service the manager on duty was very polite and she made I was a satisfied customer.
This location decided that they do not serve white pepper gravy and biscuits in the afternoon/evening hours. Even it's on the all day breakfast menu. They have also changed their tea. It's not very good. I most likely will not be going there anymore.
We were told it would take the standard 5 additional minutes for borounds. We waited and received our food, then started eating when we reached the interstate. The bo rounds weren't finished cooking and the chicken had a chewy/rubbery consistency that generally means it isn't finished cooking. We also realized they didn't give us the additional sauce that we paid for.
