I live around the corner and was eating regularly due to a busy schedule but never again. Literally every time I use the drive thru my order is wrong and Im missing items. Today I was told to pull up and I thought, ok at least the food would be hot but I was wrong, Im confused about why I was pulled to be given cold fries and nuggets with no bbq sauce. Im done with Wendys in Temple Ga. I will spend my money else where. Dirty and unprofessional.
Terrible service, and lack of service. There could be 10 employees working, and it’s almost guaranteed that only one register is open, there’s 8 people waiting for food, and 5 waiting to order as the workers all stand around with their head in the clouds.
Amazing how I stood in line for 10mins today and watched 4 workers stand around another one as he packed a bag with the slowest speed possible. You’d get faster service from the sloth at DMV in Zootopia.

They accommodate dietary restrictions such as no salt on fries. Wendy's has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible, making it a suitable place for families with young children. The new salted caramel frosty is the best flavor they've ever had.
