Always a great place...been going here for many years. Miss seeing my old pal David but I'm so glad we are able to still treat ourselves to their wonderful food. The pipcorn shrimp is so good and the boils are awesome. My husband loves the fried shrimp and i am a huge fan of the shrimp poboy. PSA.. the chips are so good you will want a boat load of them... 😋

Every time we have been here, the food, atmosphere, staff and bartender Stokes have been excellent. We have sat indoors and outdoors and both times Stokes has made us the best drinks and made our experience excellent!

My mom and I stopped in for happy hour and stokes took amazing care of us and made delicious recommendations. All the drinks she made us were fantastic and the $1 oysters were the perfect way to end our day. Love this local spot!

We often go there and tonight we immediately notice different… service changed, my daughter’s favorite Mac & cheese changed.. price are higher. just compare to before the management it was totally different and we are honestly sad. It is good location and fun to eat outside though.

Atmosphere was nice, in the water great views. Ordered fried pickles for appetizer and they were extremely salty. Also ordered oysters and they were delish. As a table we ordered 2 orders of the lobster mac n cheese, kids chicken fingers, and fish tacos. The tacos were very good, and my daughter said the chicken fingers were good. The lobster mac n cheese was so salty we couldnt taste the garlic or the lobster. Was not good. The chef did come out and check everyone's table to ask how the food was. We gave him constructive criticism and was honest. He made sure to credit us half off both of the mac n cheeses and the pickles. Very professional and said he will take the suggestions and make it better. Overall was a great experience.

We tried Desposito’s on a Saturday afternoon for the first time. We sat at the outside bar, which has a great atmosphere. I had Low Country Boil, which was very good. Since we moved to Florida, we have missed fresh Georgia shrimp. My husband had a shrimp po boy with broccoli and he said it was very tasty. Our server, Chloe, was very attentive and provided great service during the meal. We will definitely go back!

I heard about this place through the Savannah Foodies Facebook group. Honestly, I can't believe I hadn't heard of it before then since they opened long before I was born. I've been twice recently, both times we got the Loaded Old Bay Crabby chips and will every time we come back. Seriously. I had the Blackbeard's Shrimp Croissant the first time and the Fish Po' Boy the second. Both are pretty damn good. Both times I got fries as my side and added an additional side of mac and cheese. Overall I have yet to be let down and can't wait to go back!

I had the crab Cobb salad. It was too much of everything accept crab. The club crackers were stale. I dine sitting next to a very old dog. Everytime the wind blew I could smell the dog. The dog was restless and kept moving around. Sorry Jesse Blanco (eat and like it) I tried it but won't be gong back.
Try the macaroni, trust me!!

I’m local and I really wanted this spot to be THE spot in tbolt…. We paddle those waterways alot and nothing better than hopping off water and grabbing a bite, but my 3rd experience and they just can’t get it right. The ambiance is clutch, no denying that… but the food needs work. 3x I’ve ordered peel and eat shrimp and it’s always over cooked, the salad was straight rotten, the best part of our meal was the deviled eggs. I write this not to complain, but to let you know so hopefully management will pay attention and up the standards so we can feel good about supporting this business…
Such a disappointment. We went here because they were recommended by Eater. The patio with all the ambience was full so we were seated inside, in an outer room with neon beer signs for atmosphere. Which would have been OK if the food was stellar. It wasn't. I was considering the lobster mac and cheese but took our server's suggestion to get the shrimp scampi. Wish I hadn't. The shrimp was overcooked, the sauce was bland and it wasn't like any shrimp scampi I'd had before. He got the peel and eat shrimp, which was ok. Nothing special. Just a mediocre experience.
