Tubby's was very good. We sat at the bar on the inside and the bartender was very nice. We had the shrimp salad sandwich and it was delicious. Get the spuds. Always get the spuds on the side. They were insanely delicious. The honey horseradish dipping sauce topped it off.

Food is great, but sometimes the kitchen isn’t on its game and it shows. But when they are, it’s outstanding. Service is pretty good but a few servers can’t be bothered. The good ones are great. Great location right at the Marina.

Tubby’s tankers is a well established fixture in thunderbolts right across the street from the river. The servers are well trained experienced and helpful. I ordered for lunch a special Reuben sandwich which was creative. Well put together everything was prepared perfectly and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend ittub is a fun place to go. You can eat inside or outside and the staff is well trained they will make sure you leave happy

The food, the atmosphere and are sweet waitress were just the best and sweetest!!! What I love about outdoor patios is when they have a live band...buuut... The song choices the band made we're not the best...😬 Our poor waitress had a hard time hearing us and we sat in the far back away from the band. Other than that, we were walking distance from Airbnb about 2 minutes and our sweet waitress recommended some places to go! Definitely go there for the view and for that waitress again because how sweet she is!

Always solid! My wife loves the peel and eat shrimp here. I change it up and gave had great food every time.

We came here this evening looking for a great little place to eat and hopefully visit often! We entered the building and stood there for a few minutes before we were greeted! However we were sat promptly after the host returned to the front. We ordered the fried mushrooms and while they were good, we literally were served milk as “ranch”. I have NO clue who made it, or thought it was acceptable, but it tasted like milk with chunks of mayo in the bottom, but no seasoning. When we asked for more later on as it was odd, we then received horseradish instead.
The shrimp and grits were delicious though and we did like the “spuds”.
Our biggest issue though was the “service charge” placed on our ticket. At first we were confused but told after we asked if it was the tip, that it was & that it is added for parties over 6. Again, no problem but it being labeled as a service charge and not a tip was off putting and frankly suspicious. We have been to tons of places where tips are added but they’ve always been listed as “tip”. Just curious if this is something the establishment could fix, or if it was something done to be deceiving to customers.
We would probably visit again to give it another try as we do believe in 2nd chances
