It's been 2 months since our last order. That order was missing food. So today, we ordered again and was missing food. The eggs tasted like they were rinsed in dishwater. Honestly, I expect more from Hardee's. Of the 3 meals we placed in this order, not 1 was correct. And that isn't special orders, it is just the way it comes. If I want substandard food with missing items I would just order from McDonalds.
My husband and I were dining in today at this location. The employee that rang us up, Nicosha, came up to our table while we were eating, and asked us if we could give her $5. This was extremely unprofessional, and in very poor taste. It made us feel uncomfortable, and as a result, we will not be returning to this location
