What is with the workers???. I would love to speak the supervisor not the crew leader or the higher management about how their owner work flipped out on me for absolutely no reason. I was very confused on why she flipped out cuz she really had no reason to act the way she did.
Not impressed. They sure know how to take their sweet time. It was flattering to get the Gen-Z stare but everybody know what's the F stands for in KFC 🍗
I usually only come here on Sunday on occasions. I’ve never had any issues. They are friendly, quick, and get my order right. I usually go through the drive-thru window and I’ve never had to wait long at all and the chicken 🍗 is hot and fresh.

KFC is a clean, welcoming restaurant with delicious food and excellent customer service. The staff takes care of customers personally, making them feel important. They offer crispy chicken, which is a favorite for many, and are accommodating when it comes to preferences like hot sauce or honey. However, there was an incident where an entire meal was forgotten from an order, leading to disappointment and inconvenience for a customer. Despite the mistake, the majority of the experience was positive, with friendly staff members creating a fun atmosphere, especially for a young visitor. Overall, KFC provides a good dining experience, but there may be occasional slip-ups in service.
