Buns were stale - but Krystals is still like it was 25+ years ago. Only a thinner patty. Lol! Service was good, the gentleman who took our order and served us via the drive thru was very personable.
I love Krystals and white castle, so I got what I expected (thats a good thing). You will just have to wait a little for your food.
Cashier wasnt friendly but food and atmosphere was good would go back.

One customer mentioned that the food, including burgers and fries, was good, but the fries were too salty, and the menu was not clearly displayed, causing some confusion when ordering the four cheese krystals combo. The food is kid-friendly, but dining in might not be ideal since the doors are mostly locked, making it difficult to eat comfortably inside.
