“Enjoyed a very nice early dinner tonight for a friends birthday. I had the hamburger steak w/peppers & onions, sweet potato & slaw. The meal was delicious and we had great service. Despite the rain the view of the lake was still pretty as the ducks were swimming around. Spoke with owners while visiting ~ Thanks to Tim, Donna & Staff for an excellent evening! “Love this local, off the beatin' path diner! It has become a weeknight favorite for me and my husband. I usually get the grilled salmon and he gets the fried grouper. Servings are enormous and the food is excellent. And, if you do choose to go on a weekend night, you may have to wait if you do not call ahead with a reservation. It has become extremely popular. Jules and Shannon are excellent with their service, delightful conversation, and smiling faces. Great place!“
