Love this local, off the beatin' path diner! It has become a weeknight favorite for me and my husband. I usually get the grilled salmon and he gets the fried grouper. Servings are enormous and the food is excellent. And, if you do choose to go on a weekend night, you may have to wait if you do not call ahead with a reservation. It has become extremely popular. Jules and Shannon are excellent with their service, delightful conversation, and smiling faces. Great place!

Mill Creek Gathering Place offers an authentic southern steakhouse experience with delicious food and friendly service. The atmosphere is fun and lively, making guests feel welcome and valued. It is a cool place hiding out there, a terrific out-of-the-way spot in the country, but well worth a trip and the drive. The nice homey atmosphere features games like darts, pool, and Cornhole boards, and sometimes a guy playing guitar and singing. The menu includes mouth-watering dishes, such as the famous fried bologna sandwich, which is a must-try, as well as the excellent Grouper and Prime Rib. The prime rib was the best in many years, with tender meat and a flavorful bark and au jus. Guests also enjoyed the wings and sweet potato fries. The service is fantastic and excellent, with polite and efficient staff who work as a team, ensuring a great dining experience. This hidden gem is well-known by locals and is definitely worth a visit if in the Martin, GA area. Be sure to save room for dessert and check out the frog legs, as they are a rare find!
