“Love this local, off the beatin' path diner! It has become a weeknight favorite for me and my husband. I usually get the grilled salmon and he gets the fried grouper. Servings are enormous and the food is excellent. And, if you do choose to go on a weekend night, you may have to wait if you do not call ahead with a reservation. It has become extremely popular. Jules and Shannon are excellent with their service, delightful conversation, and smiling faces. Great place!“

We didn’t even plan on eating dinner at 211, but once we walked in, we decided to stay — and wow, are we glad we did. From start to finish, everything was incredible. The service was top-notch, warm, and attentive without being overbearing. Our waitress was amazing, genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel special. The owner was there personally greeting and talking with guests, which says so much about the pride and care that goes into this place. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — honestly one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Every bite felt thoughtful and intentional. 211 completely exceeded our expectations, and what was supposed to be a quick stop turned into a memorable night out. “Gumlog Brewery has been such a fun addition to downtown Lavonia. Even though we don’t drink, I love their wine slushes and their pretzels with cheese dip — so good! They’ve brought such a great energy to downtown with evening events and a fun atmosphere for the community. It’s been really nice to see our town have more places to gather and enjoy time together.“

“I was born and raised in Toccoa and have eaten at Bell's all my life. I'm really sad that they no longer open on Saturdays because I now live in Marietta and Saturday was the only day I could drive up there and enjoy their food. I have never gotten a bad meal at Bell's in over 50 years. It is fabulous. Nothing in the Marietta/Atlanta area is this good.“

“First visit to this location, and it was great! Sat at the bar with my wife and had a burger cooked perfect at medium and was tasty. My wife had the cheese steak sandwich which she commented was excellent! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere fine with sports on the TVs...we used to frequent the Seneca location some years ago on Ram Cat Alley but it has since closed. So sorry but I did not take pictures this visit ...give it a try, I recommend it!“

“Good bbq and stew. I would have preferred the stew in a bowl in not on the plate but the flavor was good. I also prefer chunky stew and this was more of a smooth stew but again the flavor was fine. The bbq was moist with a vinegar based sauce. The ribs were cooked just right and had a sticky coating on sauce. Onion rings were also large and served hot. Overall the food, service and atmosphere was very good.“

“I have eaten in Waffle House all over the USA,,,But if EVER you want to eat in a Waffle house, this is the one you want to try. I put in my order for Breakfest, dark, dark brown Waffle, dark brown grilled biscuit and VERY soft scrambled eggs, VERY BROWN as hash-brown potatoes and my wife's order will be a little different, and EVERTHING will come as ordered and the crew doing it,,,,you'd think they were having a family reunion,,, but your order will not only come correct ,,,it will come in record time although they're packed,,, Sunday morning.

“I ordered a steak biscuit and hash browns and they gave me a chicken biscuit with French fries. I have a food sensitivity and do not eat chicken. I realized they gave me the wrong order when I opened up the bag and was about 30 miles down the road. I tossed it all in the trash can at a gas station.

“I had to seat myself X5 people came in after I did and ordered my food BTW. They received their food prior to mine. I asked the waitress about my food. She then gave my food 20mins later. Everything was COLD! grits w/lumps cold, bacon cold, cheese eggs cold, the toast was old/cold! I spoke with the waitress and left NO TIP! WORST W/H EVER!!!“

“We come all the way from Pickens, SC to eat here. The food is always good, they keep everything nice and clean, and the people are always friendly. It is closer for us to go to the one in Anderson, but it is always dirty, the service is terrible. I give this restaurant a five star review!“
