My manager Dakota placed an order and we are missing 3 subs and a chicken salad, no one is answering the phone at the store and I have sent this to my manager and he will be reaching out about this order. I have 3 employees that count have lunch today, not a good look dealing with a company. We will be looking for refund for these items. 2 large steak and cheese and medium turkey, and chicken salad.
just places a $50 order and most of the order is missing. had to call a dozen times and when they finally answered they said the uber diver left it and hung up
This location runs counter to the rest of the chain. Rude and snappy crew. Shortstacking ingredients. Charging for water cups. And the nerve to claim that it is the way all stores do it!
A large sandwich only got 3 quarter sized tomatoes, 12 olives, maybe 6 dices of cucumber, and more onion than lettuce.
If we wanted inadequate quality and quantity of food served with bad attitudes we would have gone to Subway.
