i had a mobile oder thrive thru, and they refused to give it to me and said i to come inside to get it. the app has the option to pick to orders thru drive thru so i have no idea why the management refused to give my order thru drive thru and i just cancelled my order and won’t be returning back
Horrible place! No employee's, hence one worker doing 5 jobs including drive thru, cook, cashier, and cleanup....smh manager came in straight to back never helped that poor girl! Food of coarse served cold!!! Never again!!!
By far the worse location to have to go to. They always make you pull forward to fudge their corporate imposed wait time numbers. Make it look like you flew through the drive-thru in 2 minutes when in reality it is closer to 15-20, and that is if you are lucky enough to have not been forgotten and you have to go inside to remind them you exist.

This Taco Bell / KFC seemed very short staffed or struggling hard. The service was great, but they didn't have ice in the inside drink dispenser and could not take an order in the drive through. The atmosphere was rather eclectic. The food had the same ingredients and prep as normal, serving its purpose for a quick bite before a meeting.
