The arrogance and ignorance to have a sign that says locally owned and operated proudly posted on your building but charge for water cups after I’m paying for several meals is insane. Let alone greedy when every McDonald’s that I have ever been to in my life water is free and to be locally owned and operated. I would assume that you would have a sense of pride and care for your community to at least offer the simplest of things..water
I came this morning to get a fresh mcchicken & medium fry. At the 2nd window I asked for ranch the lady said okay. After that I was told to proceed to the 3rd window while my food is being cooked. This lady brings me my food, I notice no ranch. So I told her she says “ oh .27” I have no problem paying for a ranch sauce but it could have been said at the window when I asked for it the first time.
