Such a lovely experience. The staff are so attentive and responsive and friendly. Beautiful beaches. Meticulously maintained grounds. Didn’t want to leave. I’ll be back soon.

This is a great place. My family and I are enjoying ours time here. The pool area is nice. Has a restaurant attached to the resort which has good food and drinks. The condo we stayed in was right on the ocean. Beautiful- easy walk to the water. First time to the Tybee/ Savannah area, and we couldn't be happier!

Spotlessly clean and completely quiet and comfortable. Off season so it was not crowded by any means.

Would certainly stay again!

This place was nice!! The condo occupants have their designated parking spaces. The pool area is really nice. It’s not huge, but seems to be bigger than expectations for this size of establishment. They have a walkway to the beach. It goes thru their onsite restaurant, The Deck ( check out my review of The Deck, you’ll be surprised). It’s location and being just a hair outside of the stores, but close enough to walk if you like walking a little.

As I said at the beginning, “This place is nice”.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Beachside Colony. This was our third stay in a different condo and they never disappoint. They are helpful -the place was spotless and our 12 day stay was incredible. The onsite restaurant is the best on the island, not to mention the heated pool and tiki bar. Just love Beachside Colony and we will be back soon!

Loved it.

Rented a 1 bedroom for 3 nights which literally had no view (no windows.) also had a (locked) shared door to another condo where you could hear guests in a normal conversation tone. Paid a $135.00 cleaning fee up front, then had to carry out my own trash to dumpsters in the parking garage. Front desk personnel were nice. Pool facilities were well maintained. Beach access only available through pool area. Morning sunrise beach strolls could only happen once I walked down the street to public access. Restaurant had limited open hours. Would not recommend this to family/friends.

We stayed in Beach house 412. Great views. Spotlessly cleaned. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the pool. The Deck restaurant that is attached has very good food and great service. Perfect for our short vacation. We will be back.

It has a very convenient beach access and a lovely pool with a splash pad area for inexperienced swimmers and kids. Our condo is up to date and the appliances are good.

The condos, however, are managed by various companies and the management onsite may not be the one managing your condo. If you have any issues, they cannot help you.

The cost of the condo was more than I think it was worth. It's a fine condo, but it seems expensive for what it is. The water pressure is terrible and the kitchen is too far from the water heater so we can't wash the dishes in hot water. Overall, it's a fine place, but I don't think I'll return.

I stayed in the Beach Club room 116, there’s no view at all. Which I was okay with sitting on the balcony looking at the trees. The condo is filthy. I was up all night washing my bed sheets which had big bodily fluid stains in the center of it, hair and crumbs all in the sheets. Bring bleach you will need it… I brought in my birthday washing and cleaning my condo after being charge $125 cleaning fee… which you have to wash your dishes and take out your own trash before you leave or you will be charge an extra $100… The furniture has old blood spots, and stains, all over it. I had to spray Lysol and cover the furniture with towels just to sit down on it. Hair was all over the condo. Dishes was nasty, the water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator was filthy and not been clean in ages along with the furniture, the furniture is disgusting and need a deep cleaning or new furniture. I had to mop the floors before settling in. Big cockroaches running around in the condo, I left a day early because of the issue and was only refunded $118 which I paid $940 for 3 night stay. Mind you I had to do a 4hr drive back home. I was told I would receive a phone call from Stacey Becker which I never received. It’s not worth the money at all, plus there’s nothing to do or see.

Will definitely stay here again. The condo was beautiful and right on the beach! It had all we needed from a beach wagon and toys, to boogie boards, to all the details you need to create a beautiful breakfast in a spacious kitchen.

Overall it’s just ok. Floors were absolutely disgusting. Balcony is unsafe it’s full of rust. I did not feel comfortable being here.
