Raving about this place seems too extra because it’s just so laid back. It’s a comfortable atmosphere with relaxed employees without compromising service. After several visits, I find that I LOVE the quesadilla.. which seems “plain” but it’s a huge hit. The tortilla is superb, light and crunchy. The sauces are *chefs kiss* and give you an excuse to dip anything in them. Found myself dipping fries in the pesto, chipotle mayo AND honey butter for the pretzel like a wild animal. Their Korean bbq chicken and waffles is another absolute hit and their fish tacos with mango salsa are shining stars. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Only negative I’ve ever experienced is being a little warm in the dead summer because obviously at the beach in the south + a patio door opening and closing = sweltering and a/c can only do so much.

Eli is the best waiter I have ever seen he is so lovely and animated, absolutely fantastic guy and provides wonderful service. Also, I have a bad shellfish allergy and I don’t often feel accommodated in Savannah but Eli made me feel so at ease about it.

I has the fish and chips, and while they weren’t bad it was literally a hunk of fish and the flavor just wasn’t there. Our server was lovely and very helpful and sympathetic!

Everyone is so friendly here and we felt welcomed immediately. Had lunch, fish and chips and half order of shrimp, both excellent even though shrimp was a bit spicy for us. Richie was our waiter and did a great job at being patient with us. Sat outside at bar top and ordered a drink to sip on and overlook the beautiful water. Danson, the bar tender helped guide us with excellent drinks in addition to being very personable with a great sense of humor. We learned more about Tybee in our discussion. Great food, great drinks, great service. Definitely will be back!

Our server named Angel never refilled tea or asked if anyone wanted another cocktail. My friend had to a “ask” for more tea and i had to “ask” for a second cocktail. I noticed my drink was at the bar and i was still being very patient. However, when i noticed our server at the hostess station i realized i would be waiting a long time. I finally went to the bar and picked up my own drink. I was halfway finished with my drink when she came back to the table and said “ oh you got your drink” . I said “yes i finally picked it up myself”No apology. Her reply “ well i DO have other tables to wait on”. Rude.A simple apology would have went a long way. Atmosphere and food is fantastic as always. But i do hope that if you visit The Deck that you do not get Angel as your server. Unless you don't mind “serving yourself”.

Great atmosphere, kid friendly, beautiful view, great service and good variety of menu items. I highly recommend the poke bowl and T Street tacos. Hailey is a sweetheart and makes the best margaritas I've had on the island. Definitely ask for her, if you can. She's a local and is very knowledgeable about the area.
