“I went here on my birthday to get my birthday cookie and the young lady was so kind that although I didn’t have the app she still gave me the cookie. I went with brownie batter, it was so yummy. I’ve seen many reviews and I honestly don’t know why they rated it the way they did. I give a 10/10. For sure !!!“

“Very nice and orderly. The prices are clearly marked. The layout is easy to menuauver around. I love tasty cake brand, which they carry a lot of. They also offer nature's own breads at prices better than the grocery store. The cashier was super nice and helpful too! Definitely worth stopping in!“

“Lady Di’s did our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were delivered on time and absolutely delicious!! Moist, the icing was phenomenal-not overly sweet, definitely could tell these were homemade. So thankful we chose her!!“
“Stopped in this morning to get my coworkers some breakfast. I’ve had Tim Hortons twice in my life but both times someone brought the breakfast to a meeting so I wasn’t real sure what the menu offered.
I have a coworker with a food allergy and he can only eat certain food. There wasn’t a breakfast option for him, other than pastry’s, and he doesn’t need anything sweet.
The manager on duty went out of her way and made him an off-menu item. She didn’t have to do that but it speaks volumes of her character and willingness to put the customer first.
It was a great gesture that made me a TH fan for life! Also, the food was delicious.“

“This is my 2md review -- The young cashier was unaccomodating. Placed my order & he immediately told me I could tip here (tapped a box). I had asked for honey for my croissant sandwich. He throws the bag at me. I checked for my honey, there wasnt any. Asked for it & got a eye roll look. I'm a former restaurant owner & server. I'm overly nice as I KNOW how hard this business is. This type of behavior will ruin a good business.
1 st review. -- Great food. Coffee was good but they still need a bit more training in customer service. Had to ask for cream, sugar, stir stick & napkins.

“Recently got a cake & cupcakes made for Daughter's 3rd birthday. I provided an image of what I wanted and she did well in sticking to the overall look. What I loved most of all is the flavor. I'm a chocolate cake person but after trying the white cake, I may have to reconsider what my favorite is going forward. Everyone was impressed with both flavors and for the price, it cant be beat. The icing was good too. I would definitely recommend & order again.“

“This place is pretty decent. The people have usually always been very polite. However, when we go in there on the weekends in the mid afternoons, the place never seems to have many cookies left. And certainly not any double doozies. Has happened to us two visits out of four. Will keep going back - hope for more cookies.
I will say the scrap boxes are a great idea. But they should double the frosting they give lol“

“I was in town visiting from Los Angeles in October and I was following the coffee shop for a few weeks before I got there and I must tell you it was off the charts. People were friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was great. I came back to LA very disappointed dealing with all those ridiculous Starbucks. I can’t wait to come out there and live and make this coffee shop. My home place.“
