Placed a order at 530 was giving a time to be done at 610 order finally roles out at 645 and it's wrong. Wouldn't have been as upset if they was busy but they literally had 4 tables and 3 people at the bar. To top that the order was wrong. Wrong sauce on the wings and no potato wedges that I paid for. Will not be going back.

Service is amazing here! We had Margo as our server, and she was very attentive and just overall awesome as a server to us while celebrating my birthday. Highly suggest the jammin jalapeño wings and the nachos, just order with extra queso. So good!

Placed an online order and estimated pickup was 8:20. I arrived at 8:30 and was told the orders not ready, and they can’t give me a time when it will be. I said okay and I sit…and I sit…and I sit. A girl comes out about 30 minutes into my sitting and asks me what I’m waiting on. She goes to the kitchen, she comes back, and tells me they are boxing up the food right now. Cool. Another 20 minutes goes by. It’s now 9:20 a whole hour after my pickup time and they send the poor girl out to tell me there’s no more boneless wings. I told her to get a manager. Manager comes out, I ask for a refund because I don’t like being lied to. I was told 20 minutes prior that my food was being boxed, now you’re out of wings. She goes to the back and comes back out and magically finds some boneless wings and asks me if I want the order. It’s over an hour from my pickup time and you wanted me to wait another 30 minutes for you to get them done? No thanks I want my refund. Manager came out to speak to me with three young kids behind her and one of them was rolling her eyes and talking reckless. I wasn’t disrespectful. I wasn’t being loud. I wasn’t cussing. I’m just explaining my frustration to the manager I don’t need the peanut gallery behind you. This was my first time visiting BWW in Valdosta and I will never return.

Place smells dirty and I saw people cancel their order bc the wings took over 40 minutes. The drafts were down as well; so regulated to just their bottled beer selection.
Mozzarella sticks were fried nicely.
Kathleen (Katie) was super welcoming as the bartender and she did a great job.

Monica is the best🙌🏼🙌🏼 She managed the bar rail and bar seating area on a busy night all by herself. She hustled hard and I’d definitely recommend her!! Not to mention, she was at work till closing during the snow storm👏🏼

Well to be fair the food may be great but our group never got to find out because we never got service. Not a “hi I’ll be right with you” or “sorry for the wait”. After trying to flag down a waitress (that didn’t work) we waited for about 15 minutes. We got up to leave and a waitress actually said “have a nice day” we explained that no one had been to our table to even get our drink order to which she said…”.oops sorry”.

Went for lunch at 1:10. Told us the bar was all the open seating that the dining area was closed after searching for someone to ask. Seated ourselves and left after 10 minutes of no acknowledgement of being there. So disappointed. Needs new management apparently.

i love BWW. however, this location isn’t great. the first time, i ordered delivery. the wings were really tough with hardly any sauce. the fries were literally so hard you couldn’t even eat them, they were like rocks. today, i waited 40 mins at the entrance for a pickup order. nobody offered to help me, i had to find somebody both times i asked about my order. then, i got all the way home (~30 mins) just to find that half of my order is missing. not worth the money, go somewhere else
